The DG1000Z is perfect for low frequency testing applications demanding excellent signal fidelity, low noise floor, and lengthy arbitrary waveform duration and is powered by Rigol's cutting-edge SiFi technology. The two channel DG1000Z series offers best-in-class memory depth of 2 MPts on the DG1022Z or 8 MPts on the 30 and 60 MHz variants, with an additional 16 MPts option. Up to 160 built-in waveforms are included for quick and easy access to additional predefined signals. These waveforms are optional to permit deeper, more sophisticated arbitrary waveforms.
