Returns & Exchanges

Before returning goods, please contact Fuseco for a GRA ‘Goods Return Advice’ form.

• Goods should be of current issue and prime sale condition, unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee will apply unless otherwise agreed by FUSECO.
  
  
• All goods must be returned within a 14-day period from date of issuing the GRA. Please ensure goods are returned within this period, otherwise GRA will become void and will be cancelled.
  
  
• Goods must be returned at sender’s own expense, unless otherwise agreed by FUSECO. Please refer to Freight Details on the GRA before sending.
  
  
• Quantities, products and part numbers must match the original GRA form.
  
  
• No Credit Adjustment will be issued unless goods are returned with a GRA form.
